CI&T is seeking a Software Architect to join our team in Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and architectural direction for our projects, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.

What You'll Do

Define and communicate the software architecture vision and strategy for complex systems.
Lead architectural design sessions and make key technical decisions.
Guide and mentor development teams on best practices, patterns, and technologies.
Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to meet business and technical requirements.
Ensure architectural solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers and engineers, to translate requirements into technical designs.
Conduct code and design reviews to uphold architectural standards and quality.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a Software Architect or similar senior technical leadership role.
Deep expertise in designing and implementing distributed, scalable, and high-availability systems.
Strong knowledge of software design patterns, architectural principles, and best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to influence and guide technical teams.
Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills.
