StackAdapt is hiring a Manager, Client Services to own and enhance our client partnerships. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and driving value through strategic guidance and service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention
- Lead a team of client services professionals, providing coaching and direction
- Analyze client performance data to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within advertising, marketing technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of direct people management experience
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimization
