Accurate Background seeks a Director, Global Compliance (US) to lead our compliance strategy and operations. This role reports directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and is based in Irvine, California.
What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee the global compliance program framework.
- Lead risk assessments, monitoring, and audit activities.
- Direct and mentor the compliance team on policies and procedures.
- Advise internal stakeholders on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Manage regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to global standards.
