CI&T is seeking a Senior QA/SDET Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will be responsible for designing robust test automation strategies and frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks
- Create and execute automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate quality practices into the SDLC
- Analyze test results, report on quality metrics, and drive defect resolution
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, or similar role with a focus on test automation
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
