Stichting Nederlandse Datakluis is looking for a QA Lead (m/v/x) to embed quality from the very start across our company, products, and processes. You will work closely with developers, taking on broader responsibility than just QA, and help our mission-driven organization understand and prevent quality risks.
What You'll Do
- Design, set up, and maintain test plans and QA processes.
- Collaborate with developers to set up test automation.
- Prepare and assist in achieving Security- and Privacy-compliance and certification.
- Advise on improvements in (software development) processes.
- Help the organization understand where quality risks lie and how to prevent them.
- Help the team document choices and communicate why choices were made.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a dynamic (start-up / scale-up) environment.
- Skills in Exploratory, Manual, and Regression testing.
- Ability to create and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test-cases.
- Multi device (Mobile and Desktop) testing experience.
- Experience communicating test results and creating reports.
- Strong communication skills in English or Dutch.
- Experience with business standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27035.
Nice to Have
- Affinity for ethical technology and digital civil rights.
- Interest in, or experience with: Accessibility Testing, A/B Tests, Email testing, Load, Performance and stress testing, Linked data technologies like RDF, SHACL or SPARQL, Test automation and headless testing, Solid Protocol, Linked Data and verifiable credentials.
- Basic knowledge of the Dutch language.
