BrowserStack Software Private Limited is seeking an Automation Support Engineer based in Mumbai. You will provide enterprise-level technical support for BrowserStack's suite of automation products, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues while helping shape the future of software testing in a mission-driven, remote-first environment.

What You'll Do

Provide 24/7 enterprise-level support coverage to customers via email, chat, and phone on scheduled shifts.
Support over 10 automation products, debug user frameworks and integrations, and assist customers via calls.
Respond to public queries and discussions about BrowserStack on external forums.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and sales teams to address product issues and provide improvement ideas.
Contribute regularly to internal and external knowledge bases to enhance customer self-service.

What We're Looking For

0-1 year of experience in Technical Support or Automation QA roles.
Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong customer interaction skills.
Knowledge or hands-on experience in functional and automation testing tools/frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium.
Hands-on experience in at least one programming language like Java, Node JS, Python, Ruby.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git, Github, Team Foundation Server (TFS).
Basic understanding of APIs, bash or cURL scripting.
Basic knowledge of writing SQL queries like SELECT statements and JOIN clauses.
Basic know-how of networking concepts (http/s, ping, tracert, SSL, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Proxies, DNS).
Basic understanding of Web Technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
A team player with a can-do attitude.
