CI&T is seeking a Support Analyst to join our team in Colombia. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and ensuring client satisfaction. This role is central to maintaining operational excellence and building strong client relationships.

- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.

- Document support processes, solutions, and knowledge base articles.
