About the Role

CI&T is seeking a Support Analyst to join our team in Colombia. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and ensuring client satisfaction. This role is central to maintaining operational excellence and building strong client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve reported issues and service requests.
  • Document support processes, solutions, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Monitor system performance and contribute to proactive maintenance efforts.
