Growth Troops is hiring a Junior Data Analyst to provide crucial data support for our sales and marketing teams. In this role, you will gather, clean, and manage lead information to ensure our teams have accurate and well-organized data.
What You'll Do
- Source and update contact and company information using ZoomInfo.
- Organize and maintain large datasets in Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal systems.
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports to support sales outreach.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize lead lists and data processes.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, and filtering.
- Experience using ZoomInfo for lead sourcing or research.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience with pivot tables in Excel.
