About the Role
The Senior D365 System Analyst will lead system analysis, configuration, and support for Dynamics 365 platforms, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate current D365 system functionality and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for system changes
- Design and implement system configurations within Dynamics 365 environments
- Support integration between D365 and other enterprise applications
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for system processes and workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with IT teams
- Lead testing efforts for system upgrades, patches, and new implementations
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across D365 modules
- Assist in defining user roles, security settings, and access controls
- Provide training and support to end users on D365 features and functions
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Participate in project planning for enterprise-wide technology initiatives
- Work closely with vendors and external consultants on system enhancements
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Support change management processes for system updates
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units
- Assist in migration of legacy data into D365 platforms
- Document system specifications and configuration decisions
- Evaluate new D365 features and assess business applicability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of system governance practices
