BetterDoc GmbH is looking for an Italienischsprachiger Arzt (m/w/d) to join our medical team. You will provide patient care via telephone and conduct medical triage, helping individuals navigate to the best possible specialized care. This role can be performed remotely from Cologne or your home office.
What You'll Do
- Provide telephone-based patient care, conducting structured conversations, answering questions, and offering empathetic, solution-oriented support.
- Perform medical triage by reviewing incoming medical documents, questionnaires, and findings, and assessing them against a clearly defined concept to determine the appropriate specialist or facility.
- Collaborate with an experienced research team to identify the most suitable healthcare providers based on individual patient needs, quality data, and expert guidance.
- Participate in building medical specialist knowledge in focus areas, depending on your training and interests.
- Contribute to organizational development projects, including optimizing work processes and defining requirements for system software.
What We're Looking For
- A completed medical degree (Medizin-Studium).
- Enjoyment of telephone work for patient consultation and anamnesis.
- Fluent German and Italian language skills.
- Strong personal initiative and implementation strength.
- Internet affinity and confident handling of Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have
- 1-2 years of experience in a clinic.
- French language skills are an advantage.
- Interest in improving quality in healthcare.
