Beilmann Marketing GmbH is hiring a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager / Account Strategist (m/w/d) to own the strategic management and scaling of high-budget E-Commerce accounts. You will join a 35+ person team to develop data-driven growth strategies, optimize budget efficiency, and deliver strategic client counsel.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage multiple E-Commerce accounts end-to-end.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis and develop growth strategies.
- Provide data-backed ideas for efficient budget use and scale campaigns sustainably.
- Coordinate with internal experts in Creative, Tracking, and Media-Buying teams.
- Lead client calls confidently and create analytical reports.
- Guide new client onboarding by developing growth roadmaps.
- Create growth roadmaps and provide C-level strategic advice.
- Steer budget decisions and prioritize scaling levers.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads.
- At least 1 year of independent E-Commerce account management.
- Experience with Google Ads in a scaling setup.
- Proficient use of Google Merchant Center.
- Experience with Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Regular, confident conduct of client calls and presentation of reports.
- Proactive and structured way of working.
- German language skills at C1 level.
