Information Factory is looking for a 1st Level Supporter/Helpdesk Agent to provide technical support for online tax solutions used by Swiss citizens. This is a remote, part-time role where you will be the first point of contact for users, helping them navigate the software and resolve their issues.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1st level user and application support in a tax software environment.
- Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email.
- Register, classify, and document incident cases in the support system.
- Forward fault reports to 2nd level support when an independent solution is not possible.
- Ensure telephone availability and response time during agreed-upon block times.
What We're Looking For
- A service-oriented, friendly, and confident personality with an affinity for IT.
- Very good Italian language skills, both oral and written.
- A quiet home work environment and fast, reliable internet connection.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience as a Helpdesk Agent.
- Knowledge of (Swiss) German language skills.
