Mercier Consultancy is looking for an Italian Travel Consultant to provide exceptional travel consultancy services, guiding Italian-speaking clients in creating unforgettable travel experiences tailored to their needs. You will work remotely from Greece.

What You'll Do

Assist Italian-speaking clients through various channels, providing travel information, advice, and booking services.
Offer expert guidance on travel packages, destinations, and accommodations to ensure client satisfaction.
Create customized travel itineraries that resonate with clients’ preferences and interests.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and high standards of service.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM system for effective follow-up.
Stay current on travel trends and destination offerings to provide clients with the best recommendations.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle customer issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
Willingness to embrace the opportunity to work remotely from Greece while serving clients around the world.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of English.
Previous experience in travel consultancy, customer service, or a related field.
A strong enthusiasm for travel and a comprehensive understanding of various global destinations.
