Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for an Italian Speaking Travel Support Specialist to provide comprehensive travel support to our Italian-speaking clients from Greece. You will manage inquiries, bookings, and itinerary changes to ensure a seamless travel experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive support to Italian-speaking clients regarding their travel inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with changes to their travel plans, including modifications to flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Collaborate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to resolve client issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Offer advice and up-to-date information about travel regulations, destinations, and available services.
- Document client interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up and service improvements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout every client interaction.
- Continuously learn about the travel industry and enhance product knowledge to provide better support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentality.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and queries in a fast-paced environment.
