Mercier Consultancy is looking for an Italian Speaking Parcel Recovery Specialist to join our team. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Greece while serving as a crucial point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, helping them recover parcels efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Italian customers to assist with parcel recovery inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide guidance on recovery procedures and documentation requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to lost or damaged parcels and offer effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with logistics and support teams to ensure timely parcel recovery.
- Stay updated on company policies and parcel recovery procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and customer engagement
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about logistics and recovery processes

- Knowledge of English
- Experience in customer service or support roles, particularly in the logistics or parcel recovery sector
