Responsibilities - Deliver immediate support to Italian-speaking players through in-game communication channels, electronic correspondence, and community platforms. - Diagnose and resolve in-game challenges and provide technical guidance regarding gameplay, account management, and system performance. - Record and monitor player issues within the support tracking system, ensuring prompt and precise follow-up. - Communicate effectively to help players comprehend game mechanics, functionalities, and recent updates. - Partner with game development teams to provide insights on player experiences and recurring challenges. - Remain current with the latest game developments, features, and industry innovations to enhance support delivery. - Contribute to ongoing improvement of support protocols and player satisfaction strategies. Requirements - Proficiency in Italian and English, demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities. - Previous experience in customer support, particularly within the interactive entertainment sector, is advantageous. - Advanced problem-solving abilities and effective technical troubleshooting skills. - Dedicated gaming enthusiast with comprehensive understanding of gaming concepts and community interactions. - Flexibility to work varied hours, including evening and weekend shifts, to accommodate player requirements. - Familiarity with support tracking systems and customer assistance technologies is beneficial. - Passionate, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering exceptional player support experiences.
