Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking an Italian Speaking Hospitality Service Consultant to deliver exceptional service to Italian-speaking clients and guests. In this remote role based in Greece, you will be the primary point of contact for inquiries and support, ensuring a positive and seamless experience across various hospitality settings.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients and guests in various hospitality settings.
- Address inquiries, reservations, and service requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist clients with understanding hospitality services and amenities available to them.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain knowledge of current hospitality trends and services to provide informed recommendations.
- Document client interactions and feedback for quality assurance and improvement purposes.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of hospitality services and ability to convey information clearly to clients.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
