Next Job Abroad is looking for Italian speakers for several customer support projects. The role involves handling customer communications and ensuring high-quality service experiences while following established procedures and workflows.
What You'll Do
- Handle tickets, following support procedures and policies.
- Communicate with customers via chat & e-mail, following support procedures and policies.
- Follow specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution and closure.
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
- Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets.
- Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.
- Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Italian language proficiency
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. Locations include Athens, Chania, Thessaloniki, and Greece (remote). Most have the option to work remote from Greece.
