Mercier Consultancy is hiring for a Customer Service role supporting a global technology company. You will provide exceptional service in Italian to customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to technology products and services, all from a remote position within Greece.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian for inquiries regarding technology products and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, installation, and usage of technology products.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with technical support teams as needed to resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Provide feedback on customer insights to help improve products and services.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on customer satisfaction.
- Technical aptitude with an eagerness to learn about new technologies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the technology sector.
- Familiarity with customer service software or helpdesk tools.
