Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Experience Representative to provide exceptional service and support to our Dutch-speaking clientele. In this remote role based in Greece, you will be the primary point of contact, resolving issues and enhancing the overall customer journey.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries and provide clear, efficient information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.
- Collect feedback and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver tailored support that enhances customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Stay current on company offerings and industry trends to provide well-informed assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to effectively resolve issues and manage challenging situations.
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with customer service software and online communication tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
