Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring an Italian Speaking Customer Service professional to join a banking team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to Italian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products and services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant banking regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
- Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on banking products and industry changes.
- Contribute feedback to process improvements and innovative customer engagement strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
