Mercier Consultancy is looking for an Italian Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional service to our clients in the Courier & Delivery Services sector. You will be the primary point of contact, supporting Italian-speaking customers remotely from Greece via multiple communication channels.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Assist customers with inquiries about courier services, delivery timelines, and package tracking.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to manage customer expectations and address any service disruptions.
- Stay up-to-date with service offerings and company policies to provide accurate information and support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and problem-solving assistance.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the courier or delivery industry, is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is advantageous.
