Mercier Consultancy is looking for an Italian Content Moderator for Social Media Trending Videos to ensure platform integrity and a positive user experience. You will review trending video content to maintain a safe and engaging environment for our Italian-speaking community.
What You'll Do
- Moderate trending video content in Italian, ensuring compliance with established community standards.
- Identify, report, and act upon inappropriate or harmful video content in a timely manner.
- Engage with users by responding to their inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Prepare documentation of moderation actions and provide feedback on content trends.
- Collaborate with fellow moderators to enhance overall content moderation strategies and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, community concerns, and regulatory developments affecting video content moderation.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially video content, and moderation tools.
