Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Technical Operations Support personnel ensuring consistent technical performance within warehouse operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact between IT support units and warehouse staff, resolving issues related to warehouse management systems, barcode scanning, and network connectivity.
- Maintain critical inventory levels and supervise the functionality and servicing of automated systems, conveyors, and industrial machinery.
- Oversee the reporting, tracking, and escalation of hardware and software incidents.
- Ensure all operational equipment meets compliance standards and remains suitable for intended use.
- Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and customer operations excellence teams.
- Support the Picking and Packing Team by implementing engineering-based solutions to enhance operational throughput.
- Monitor performance of machinery and supporting infrastructure to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs with minimal impact on daily operations.
- Identify improvement opportunities and proactively suggest equipment upgrades to align with current and future operational needs.
