Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis of trends and deviations to uncover opportunities for automation and early issue resolution, boosting service value and operational effectiveness.
- Design and manage sophisticated dashboards and performance reports centered on critical metrics including response speed, resolution times, backlog handling, knowledge usage, and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate proficiency with data analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau to extract, analyze, and visualize data for stakeholder consumption.
- Partner with stakeholders to generate strategic insights that guide decisions and elevate service outcomes.
- Automate data workflows and contribute to iterative improvement projects using agile project methodologies to enhance IT service management processes.
- Serve as a mentor and advisor to strengthen analytical competencies within regional and product-specific teams.
