EX Squared is hiring an IT Support Specialist (Remote - India)

Jobgether is looking for an IT Support Specialist to keep our company’s technology running smoothly and efficiently. You will provide technical support for internal users, managing hardware, software, and cloud-based tools to ensure seamless operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for company-owned computers, mobile devices, and Enterprise SaaS applications.
• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, ensuring smooth onboarding and deprovisioning of users.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and software issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain and update internal IT documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Support conference room A/V systems and other IT infrastructure.
• Respond to Level 1 service requests within defined service-level agreements.
• Assist with IT projects and other tasks as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/certification in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• 2+ years of relevant IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience managing Apple devices, Windows systems, and cloud SaaS tools.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Jamf or Microsoft Intune.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication for providing top-tier customer support.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai a minimum of 4 days per week.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Linux OS management and security frameworks is a plus.

Work Mode
