At Jobgether, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this remote role within the US, you will design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to empower our development teams. Your focus will be on automation, performance, and security while collaborating closely with engineering, security, and operations.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure repeatable, scalable deployments.
Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and minimize downtime.
Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and disaster recovery mechanisms to maintain high system reliability.
Optimize cloud resource utilization for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability, leveraging auto-scaling and caching strategies.
Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to align DevOps strategies with business objectives.
Mentor and guide team members on DevOps best practices and automation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure, pipelines, and developer workflows.

What We're Looking For

Strong proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong proficiency with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
Expertise with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
Strong software development skills, preferably in Python, with experience contributing to large codebases.
Deep understanding of security best practices, IAM, encryption, network security, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills for distributed systems and microservices architectures.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in agile, cross-functional teams.
