This role is responsible for maintaining a stable and efficient IT environment across a distributed workforce. As the primary point of contact for technical support, you'll resolve user issues across platforms including Office 365, Google Workspace, and the Atlassian Suite, primarily on Apple devices. Your expertise will ensure smooth onboarding for new employees, from account provisioning to hardware setup, enabling immediate productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for end users, both in person in Athens and remotely across global offices
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including deployment, tracking, and replacement, supported by accurate inventory records
- Administer user accounts, access permissions, and directory services using tools such as Active Directory
- Support and troubleshoot meeting room systems utilizing Poly hardware and Zoom Rooms for Interoperability
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades related to cloud services and network enhancements
- Collaborate with external vendors to maintain hardware performance and lifecycle standards
- Stay current with emerging technologies that support operational efficiency and scalability
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience supporting Apple hardware in a corporate environment
- Working knowledge of JAMF, Office 365, Google Workspace, and Atlassian tools
- Proven ability in remote troubleshooting and logistics coordination for hardware distribution
- Familiarity with meeting room AV systems, particularly Poly and Zoom Rooms
- Experience managing digital and physical IT assets across hybrid work settings
- Ability to work on-site in Athens at least 2–3 days per week
