Aledade is hiring an IT Support Analyst I to join our Technology department. You will be based in Bethesda, MD and serve as a crucial first point of contact for resolving internal technical issues and ensuring smooth daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide first-level technical support to internal employees
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Document, track, and resolve support tickets
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employee technology
- Maintain and update internal knowledge base articles
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management principles
Work Mode
This role follows a hybrid work model and is based in our Bethesda, MD office.
