6Minded is hiring an IT Specialist (Korean Bilingual) to maintain our IT infrastructure and ensure the stable operation of core systems, including ERP, MES, and shop-floor equipment. You will be responsible for daily server, network, security, and data management operations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating closely with our HQ and local teams to maintain a seamless work environment.

What You'll Do

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including servers, PCs, laptops, printers, and scanners.
Manage the server room environment, including UPS power and climate control.
Apply OS and software patches and security updates.
Monitor system performance and respond quickly to incidents.
Operate backup systems and provide basic data recovery support.
Support SQL database operations and application maintenance.
Operate LAN/WAN and wireless network equipment and respond to network issues.
Support network infrastructure changes and security equipment operations.
Assist with firewall operations and policy updates.
Manage VPN and remote access environments.
Monitor and support CCTV and access control systems.
Support ERP, MES, and shop-floor automation systems.
Manage field devices like CIMON HMI, PDA, and barcode printers.
Support installation and deployment of new software.
Handle user requests and troubleshoot application issues.
Maintain application operation logs and support audits.
Create and deactivate employee accounts.
Provide IT support for office and production employees.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
Create IT manuals and assist with user training.
Manage IT equipment procurement, issuance, returns, and disposal.
Maintain IT asset records and prepare incident logs.
Ensure compliance with security policies and support IT audit preparation.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in IT operations and support.
Must be fluent in both Korean and English to collaborate with HQ.
Basic experience with Windows Server and SQL Database operations.
Experience improving or customizing internal applications (e.g., C#, Python).
Experience supporting network devices and firewalls.
Basic experience with Microsoft 365 and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
Experience with backup/recovery and security patch management.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to take initiative and coordinate tasks with other departments.
Flexibility and responsibility to adapt to a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in IT infrastructure operation and management.
Understanding and supporting manufacturing-related systems like ERP and MES.
Expertise in cybersecurity and maintaining data integrity.
Ability to follow IT operational procedures and documentation standards.
