We are looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer to be the technical lead for platform reliability and developer experience. You will own the north star for CI/CD, runtime, observability, cost efficiency, and incident response across our entire product ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Define and evolve the platform architecture, including Kubernetes/ECS, Infrastructure as Code, networking, secrets management, and service mesh.
Lead the CI/CD strategy for multi-environment deployments, progressive delivery, and canary releases with feature flags.
Lead the DevSecOps discipline by ensuring solid infrastructure security with automatic controls.
Own observability tooling for metrics, logs, and traces, establishing SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and on-call excellence.
Drive cost governance and performance tuning across AWS and GCP.
Raise the developer experience by creating golden paths, reusable modules, scaffolds, and fostering an inner-source culture.
Coach engineers and lead incident reviews and reliability roadmaps.

What We're Looking For

8–12+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering with staff or principal-level scope.
Deep hands-on expertise with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes and containers, Terraform, Linux, and networking.
Proven experience designing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab, including artifact management and environment strategy.
Observability expertise with Prometheus/Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Sentry, along with incident leadership experience.
Strong security hygiene in least privilege access, secrets management, SBOMs, and software supply chain security.
Excellent communication skills, a proven ability to mentor, and experience influencing across organizations.
