THE CMA CGM GROUP is hiring an IT Service Operations and Support Administrator to apply and automate CEVA processes. You will provide automation development directly to corporate functions, focusing on RPA bot development, supporting the continuous development of the application environment, and governing CEVA's distributed development landscape.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to the global CEVA RPA development community.
- Offer expertise to the design process as requested.
- Contribute suggestions for optimizing processes in the overall design.
- Develop detailed designs based on documented requirements for service and product improvements.
- Conduct development based on documented requirements.
- Execute activities consistently and reliably, meeting defined service levels, schedules, and budgets.
- Work with Solution Owners, Solution Analysts, Business Owners, and Customers to translate requirements into solutions that meet business needs.
- Establish and maintain a pipeline of Automation Opportunities at the global and corporate level.
- Work to identify opportunities based on process investigation and improvement.
- Contribute to technological development within the domain or technology (includes design, development, testing, and deployment activities).
- Define delivery schedules and ensure execution as planned for assigned deliverables.
- Lead small-scale internal projects when necessary.
- Coordinate delivery between IT teams.
- Respond to unknown, null, unexpected, or unstable situations with a professionally prescribed standard response.
- Use standard analytical tools and rules to determine root cause and resolve a wide range of application problems.
- Perform other inherent and related activities to the position.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology.
- Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) projects.
- Technical experience in a defined functional area.
- Mastery and application of complex tools and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex problems.
- Deep knowledge of functionalities to assess risks and apply quality control.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., command line, VBScript, C#, VB.Net, VBA, JavaScript).
- Experience with operating systems and production platforms: Windows servers, database servers, and application servers.
- Good level of knowledge in the functional area or technology.
- Good level of numerical reasoning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
- Preferential experience with the Automation Anywhere A360 platform.
- Preferential experience using ABBYY Vantage technology.
- Experience/qualification with Automation Anywhere will be a plus.
- ITIL certification is desirable.
- Experience with Agent Process Automation (APA) is an advantage.
