TensorOps is hiring an IT Project Manager to deliver successful IT projects with a client-centric approach. In this permanent work-from-home role, you will coordinate resources, manage scope, schedule, and budget to ensure excellent project execution.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for excellent execution and collaboration.
- Champion consistently excellent project execution, meeting client requirements while maintaining tight budgets and timelines.
- Foster a culture of effective teamwork, contributing to the success of every project.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years leading project deployments or relative experience.
- Strong technical understanding of project components and systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to optimization.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a service-centric approach to project execution.
- Experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise.
- Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple clients.
- Experience using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools such as Kaseya or LabTech/ConnectWise Automate.
- A home office setup meeting specified computer, internet, audio, mobile, and webcam requirements.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Able to work full time, 40 hours per week: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday).
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
Nice to Have
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Hands-on deployment and troubleshooting experience for technologies including endpoints, servers, cloud technologies, and networks.
- Experience leveraging ConnectWise for project management.
- Familiarity with the general landscape of IT systems relevant to ITS projects, including a basic understanding of cloud services, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.
- Skills in understanding how various IT components integrate and impact project outcomes.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools for project reporting and decision-making, such as Microsoft Excel.
