Scarpel Telecom is hiring an IT Project Manager for a permanent work-from-home position. You will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet client requirements. This involves coordinating internal teams and third-party vendors while championing excellent execution and fostering effective collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for excellent project execution.
- Champion project delivery that meets client requirements while maintaining tight budgets and timelines.
- Foster a culture of effective teamwork to contribute to overall project success.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years leading project deployments or relative experience.
- Strong technical understanding of project components and systems.

- Experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise.
- Experience using Remote Monitoring and Management tools (RMM) such as Kaseya or LabTech/ConnectWise Automate.
- A home office setup meeting specified computer, internet, audio, mobile device, and webcam requirements.
- A very strong cultural fit the ITS way.
- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written.
- Ability to work full time 40 hrs. a week: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday).
- Ability to pass online behavior and cognitive assessments.
- Ability to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
Nice to Have
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Hands-on deployment and troubleshooting experience for different technologies including endpoints, servers, cloud technologies, and networks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, and at times high-pressure consulting environment.
- Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple clients.
- Experience leveraging ConnectWise for project management, especially adept at managing project workflows, documentation, and collaboration within this platform.
- Familiarity with the general landscape of IT systems relevant to ITS projects, including a basic understanding of cloud services, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.
- Skills in understanding how various IT components (like software applications, databases, and network systems) integrate and impact project outcomes.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools for project reporting and decision-making, such as Microsoft Excel.
