Unknown Company is hiring an IT Project Manager

Sanoma Learning is seeking an IT Project Manager (Stream Lead) for a temporary position until 31.12.2026 to support the company's S/4HANA ERP implementation project. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Integrations Stream, coordinating the integration of existing procurement applications into the new ERP system and rolling out the solution across all companies.

What You'll Do

• Lead and deliver the integration stream.
• Plan and manage the stream task plan, assuring all integrations are identified and tracked.
• Assure quality documentation enabling efficient implementation of the next project phases.
• Coordinate and assure the integration design and validation in collaboration with all relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Manage the development process according to the defined delivery model including specification reviews and approvals.
• Report upwards to PMO and Project Director.
• Lead, coach and steer the integration team in executing the project plan.
• Manage cross-stream dependencies and coordinate cross-stream topics.
• Monitor budget, validate schedule, and manage & allocate resources.
• Participate in release/roll-out management and scope management including change requests.
• Participate in issue and risk management.
• Manage quality of the stream.
• Manage and monitor expectations.
• Manage change and communication within the stream and project.
• Manage acceptance of deliverables, including specifications and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT integration delivery.
• SAP integration development and delivery skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capacity to manage high stress situations.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• Leadership skills.
• Big-picture thinking and vision with a can do attitude.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with European wide technology implementation projects.

Nice to Have

• Integration delivery experience related to finance, HR and procurement solutions.
• Finnish and Spanish language skills.
• Knowledge and experience over the SAP BTP Integration Suite platform.

Team & Environment

You will lead the Integrations Stream, collaborating with Process Streams, extended projects, the Sanoma Intelligent Automations team, partners, and external suppliers. You will report to the PMO and Project Director.
