Scout Motors is seeking a hands-on, security-minded IT Manager to build and maintain our scalable, secure infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for internal systems, Azure environments, Kubernetes clusters, and core network infrastructure while ensuring security, compliance, and risk management for our people-first team.

What You'll Do

Manage internal email, collaboration tools, and key company-wide applications like HubSpot, ConnectWise, and Microsoft 365.
Take ownership of identity and access management, device management for laptops, and endpoint security.
Own and manage VPN, Wi-Fi, and office networking infrastructure.
Lead SOC2 internal controls and compliance efforts.
Manage product-supporting infrastructure including OpenSearch and Kubernetes (K8s) cluster deployment, VM procedures, and Azure deployment with cost optimization.
Oversee server, network, and security infrastructure, application security, and vulnerability management.
Administer risk and security questionnaires for customers and prospects.
Direct internal and external DNS management and SSL certificate management.

What We're Looking For

A hands-on leader with broad experience building and maintaining secure, scalable IT infrastructure.
Proven expertise in managing Azure environments, Kubernetes clusters, and core networking (VPN, Wi-Fi).
Strong background in identity and access management, endpoint security, and device management.
Experience leading compliance programs like SOC2 and managing security questionnaires.
Deep practical knowledge of administering Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and business applications.
Skill in managing DNS, SSL certificates, and infrastructure components like OpenSearch.
