About the Role

Judi Health is hiring a IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. In this remote role, you will assist in managing our ticketing system, MDM software, and AWS platform while overseeing all onboarding and offboarding IT activities for employee profiles.

What You'll Do

  • Research end user issues independently and document and develop solutions per company standards.
  • Develop additional MDM automation to facilitate user onboarding.
  • Identify MDM-related company needs and create, configure, test, and deploy management of user systems via MDM Software.
  • Collaborate with internal partner teams to identify compliance, best practice, or other IT policy needs; identify, present, and deploy solution enhancements.
  • Manage all onboarding and offboarding related IT activities, including system-wide access, purchasing and retrieving equipment, upgrades, and asset tagging.
  • Create Exchange rules to address spam and phishing emails as needed.
  • Collaborate with the IT Engineering team to drive systemic improvements to our email filtering system.
  • Promptly respond to user requests via ticketing system, phone calls, and instant messages.
  • Assist users with access and system issues.
  • Write and update documentation for user reference.
  • Help build and establish procedures for our newly established team.
  • Participate in a Help Desk OnCall schedule, tentatively 1 week per month.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk role.
  • A customer-oriented approach to problem resolution.
  • Experience supporting Mac hardware and OSX in a Help Desk environment.
  • Experience supporting remote users in a distributed environment.
  • Experience with Jira Service Desk or a similar ticketing system.
  • Experience with the Office 365 suite.

Nice to Have

  • Help Desk experience preferably in a medium or larger company.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $24 - $28 USD per hour.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates should be based on the East Coast.
