360dialog GmbH is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to own our DevOps and cloud platform. You will join a dynamic, innovative team collaborating with experienced entrepreneurs and bright minds in tech, working fully remote to build the infrastructure powering our Business Messaging solutions.

What You'll Do

Proactively and independently own infrastructure, anticipate issues, make clear trade-offs, and drive outcomes.
Work with modern CI/CD, GitOps (ArgoCD), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters (GKE ideal), monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), and secrets management (Vault).
Code for infrastructure using Python, Go, or Bash.

What We're Looking For

4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
Proactive, independent ownership—anticipate issues, make clear trade-offs, and drive outcomes without hand-holding.
Deep Terraform experience (modules, tests, structure, scalability).
Production GitOps experience (ArgoCD strongly preferred).
Solid Kubernetes experience (GKE ideal; multi-cluster a plus).
Modern CI/CD experience (any tool).
Hands-on experience with Vault, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Ability to code for infrastructure (Python, Go, or Bash).
Fluent English.
Growth mindset and hunger to learn.
