Tencent is looking for an IT Engineer Intern to join our Americas IT Center in Palo Alto. You will support the Overseas IT team by participating in projects focused on automation, testing, and data analysis to improve deployment efficiency and user experience.

What You'll Do

Participate in Tencent Overseas IT Product/Solution projects, with a focus on IT automation.
Support local functional testing and validation of OIT products and solutions prior to studio adoption.
Prepare local test reports, standardize user guides, and help improve deployment efficiency.
Assist with data analysis and studio adoption projects, creating dashboards to support project management.
Conduct team knowledge management, including wiki and IT self-service knowledge base construction.
Organize team activities to improve collaboration with other departments.

What We're Looking For

Current Bachelor's or Master's student in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or an equivalent field.
Solid IT skills and strong execution capabilities.
Strong affinity for challenging technical subjects.
Good communication skills, ability to work independently, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Availability for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months.
Ability to commit to 5 days working onsite from our Palo Alto office.

Team & Environment

You will be a member of Tencent's Americas IT Center, working closely with the overseas IT team and reporting to a Supervisor.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: $27.00 to $57.70 per hour.
Eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked.
Up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Subject to terms, full-time interns are eligible to enroll in the Company-sponsored medical plan.

Work Mode

This is an onsite role based in Palo Alto, California (US).
