Lyra Technology Group is hiring an IT Engineer for its operating company, Tech-Keys. In this role, you will provide Tier 2 technical support, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues to ensure quality service delivery for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Provide reliable IT support to internal and external customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT inquiries and problems
- Maintain and update our knowledge base and technical documentation
- Ensure consistent service delivery quality at all times
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Tier 2 IT engineer
- Excellent customer service, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and understandable manner
- Proven experience in 365 administration and with Azure
- Hands-on networking experience
- Experience troubleshooting printers and working with Datto
Nice to Have
- A degree in Information Technology
- MS-102 or MD-102 certification
