What You'll Do
Oversee and maintain network infrastructure spanning multiple countries, ensuring reliable connectivity from WAN connections to Layer 3 switching. Support integration between on-prem systems and Azure cloud environments, and manage secure remote access through Fortinet-based hardware VPNs.
Handle administration of G-Cloud network services, including Web Proxy and Unified Threat Management (UTM) firewall configurations. Provide technical support for wireless and Layer 2 issues at manufacturing sites, along with frontline assistance for office networks.
Manage security tools such as Zscaler, NAC, and IPS to protect network access and monitor threats. Maintain critical G-Cloud servers including MECM, Active Directory, Printer Chaser, and Web Proxy systems, as well as on-premise infrastructure like DHCP and file servers.
Work directly with AWS headquarters to coordinate server interfaces and onsite support activities. Partner with local and remote IT teams to implement infrastructure upgrades and security initiatives across global locations.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Korean and English, required for technical communication and user support
- Proven experience managing enterprise networks from WAN to Layer 3 switching
- Hands-on background with Azure network integration and Fortinet VPN administration
- Direct experience supporting G-Cloud systems, including network management and security tools
- Technical knowledge of UTM firewalls, Zscaler, NAC, and IPS solutions
- Experience maintaining G-Cloud servers such as MECM, AD, Printer Chaser, and Web Proxy
- Familiarity with on-premise server systems including DHCP, file servers, and plant IT infrastructure
- Ability to collaborate with AWS headquarters for technical coordination and support
- Track record of working effectively with distributed IT teams across regions
