HireHawk is hiring its first IT Director, a ground-floor opportunity to architect the technology stack for a fast-growing remote staffing agency. You will be responsible for selecting and implementing core systems from scratch, owning the entire technology layer, and establishing a foundation for future growth.
What You'll Do
- Select, implement, and manage our ATS and CRM from scratch.
- Build and automate internal workflows using AI and automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Manage all SaaS tools, integrations, and remote IT infrastructure.
- Advise company leadership on technology decisions as we scale.
- Set the foundation for a future IT team.
- Perform systems administration duties.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selecting, implementing, and managing core business systems like ATS and CRM.
- Expertise in building and automating workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Strong background in managing a modern SaaS stack and remote IT infrastructure.
- Ability to operate independently as a solo technical leader and build a strategic roadmap.
- Excellent communication skills to advise leadership and translate business needs into technology solutions.

Team & Environment
You will be the solo IT leader for a current team of 15 people, with a clear mandate to grow your own team as the company scales.
