OneDome is hiring an IT Director to lead all IT operations, infrastructure, and security across the company. You will drive IT initiatives aligned with business needs and mentor the IT team.

What You'll Do

Lead IT operations, infrastructure, and security across the company
Oversee IT support processes, ensuring excellent service for internal teams
Manage Microsoft 365 environment, including security configurations and user administration
Drive identity and access management strategies with SSO platforms like Okta and Azure AD
Define and enforce IT security policies, compliance, and risk management practices
Optimize IT processes through automation and best-practice implementations
Manage IT assets, procurement, and vendor relationships
Collaborate with leadership and departments to align IT initiatives with business needs
Mentor, lead, and hire IT team members

What We're Looking For

5+ years in IT leadership or senior IT operations roles
Proven experience managing SSO platforms (Okta, Azure AD, or similar)
Solid expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and governance
Strong background in IT infrastructure (networks, cloud services, endpoint management)
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, access management, and compliance frameworks
Experience in IT support management with service desk systems
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead a distributed team
Fluent English and Russian communication skills
