Bombardier is looking for an IT Communications Advisor to champion the story of our technology investments across the enterprise. In this role, you will develop and execute communication strategies that highlight the strategic value and user impact of IT initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute communication strategies that improve IT awareness, reinforce IT’s strategic value, and increase engagement across the enterprise.
- Create and curate content such as campaigns, intranet articles, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, and success stories.
- Own and evolve IT communication hubs on SharePoint, ensuring information is user‑friendly and easy to find.
- Translate technical concepts into meaningful narratives that highlight business outcomes and value delivered.
- Partner with OCM and Corporate Communications to ensure messages are consistent and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Coordinate content intake, reviews, and publishing workflows using internal collaboration tools.
- Use feedback and performance indicators to continuously improve content clarity and engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital communications, IT/change communications, content strategy, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (French & English), written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information and create clear, engaging content for technical audiences.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise technology or organizational change initiatives.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools such as Outlook and SharePoint.
- Strong portfolio showcasing practical ability to produce engaging assets.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree.
- Spanish language skills.
- Experience in aerospace or manufacturing.
- Experience with learning or training platforms.
- Experience with design and video tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing software.
