Huntington National Bank is hiring an IS Tech Lead to provide expert technical and consultative support on our most complex systems. You will analyze user specifications, design and develop solutions, and solve challenging hardware and software issues.
What You'll Do
- Analyze, design, and develop systems based on user specifications.
- Provide technical assistance in solving hardware or software problems.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of technical tools for systems development and support.
- Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of technical industry trends relevant to Huntington.
- Assist with identifying training needs and training less experienced staff.
- Serve as project leader for specific initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of additional relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of related professional experience.
- Hands-on skills with Python, AWS and/or GCP, and RESTful API development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- The ability to work well with other IT, vendor, and business groups.
- Experience collaborating with a solution architecture team to maintain IT and regulatory standards.
- Readiness to lead and advise an inexperienced technical team.
