Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and grow clinical team members within the assigned region
- Lead the rollout and implementation of the ION system programs
- Increase utilization of ION procedures across all current customer accounts
- Oversee training and educational initiatives for existing client base
- Support the development and engagement of key opinion leaders throughout the region
- Equip the clinical sales team with updates on new products and enhancements to existing offerings
- Collaborate with training and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives as directed by leadership
