Star Pubs, part of HEINEKEN UK, is hiring an Invoice Processing Specialist to join HEINEKEN Global Shared Services in Kraków. This role is central to our Purchase to Pay (PTP) process, focusing on the efficient and accurate handling of invoices and payments.
What You'll Do
- Perform daily validation of received and scanned invoices from Operating Companies.
- Complete daily invoice and non-invoice related postings.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies by working through all task workflows.
- Conduct regular activities related to suspense accounts.
- Prepare payments according to agreed timelines.
- Participate in Period End Closing activities in a timely manner.
- Provide basic reports with support and independently analyze more complex reports, drawing conclusions.
- Stay aware of relevant KPIs/PPIs and understand how they are measured and relate to daily tasks.
- Participate in Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives for process or system enhancements.
- Understand cross-process interdependence and common issues across PTP, OTC, and RTR.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Engagement, motivation, and a drive for results.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work under time pressure, both independently and in teams.
- Excellent time management and Excel skills.
- End-to-end process knowledge of Purchase to Pay, including its interdependencies with other processes.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in German.
- Experience working with SAP.
