Star Pubs, part of HEINEKEN UK, is looking for an Invoice Process Analyst. In this role, you will ensure the precise, timely, and policy-compliant processing of all invoices, guaranteeing the correct execution of the Accounts Payable process and contributing to an efficient accounting close.
What You'll Do
- Receive and register invoices in the ERP system, verifying business requirements.
- Execute validation of the 3-way match between Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, and Invoice.
- Manage discrepancies and exceptions related to price, quantity, pending Goods Receipts, and payment holds.
- Reconcile vendor account statements and track overdue invoices.
- Support the monthly closing process, including reporting and the cleanup of open balances.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent coordination, organization, and communication skills.
- A strong sense of urgency, analytical thinking, problem-solving focus, and results orientation.
- Ability to meet SLA/KPI targets, work effectively in a team, and manage stakeholders.
- An advanced level of English.

- Experience with SAP is preferred.
