Asset & Wealth Management is hiring an Investment Grade Trader at the Analyst/Associate level for our Global Corporate Credit team in New York. You will be a key member of our trading and portfolio management team, directly impacting investment-grade credit allocation across diverse portfolios and strategies.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and research analysts to identify and capitalize on value opportunities in the investment-grade corporate bond market.
- Identify, analyze, and execute security selection and relative value strategies to enhance portfolio performance.
- Partner with credit and client portfolio managers to construct, monitor, and manage credit risk exposures and cash flows.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sell-side trading desks and syndicate teams for optimal market access.
- Formulate recommendations, allocate capital, and execute trades efficiently and accurately.
- Enhance and maintain proprietary trading tools, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in fixed income trading, sales, or related analytical roles.
- Understanding of global fixed income and credit markets.
- Interest in corporate bonds and macroeconomics.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail for financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate market insights and strategies clearly.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and accountable work ethic.
- Initiative and resilience in a fast-paced trading environment.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $85,000 - $110,000.
- Eligibility for a discretionary bonus if an active employee at fiscal year-end.
