Cascadia Capital LLC is hiring an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. In this role, you will become a fully integrated member of our deal teams, gaining hands-on experience across the investment banking process and contributing directly to live transactions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine financial models that guide strategic decision-making.
- Analyze company financials, comparable transactions, and valuation metrics.
- Build pitch books, client presentations, and more.
- Translate complex quantitative analysis into compelling deal narratives.
- Conduct deep dives into industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Help teams identify where clients can win and how.
- Work directly with Analysts, Associates, VPs, and Managing Directors.
- Support M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements across industries.
What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate graduation date: Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- Strong GPA (3.5+ preferred).
- Demonstrated interest in finance or business; coursework in finance/accounting is helpful.
